Prices for artworks and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice.

5. Products, Services & Availability

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities. All descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to limit sales to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and to limit quantities.

We make reasonable efforts to display colors and images of artworks as accurately as possible but cannot guarantee exact device-to-device accuracy.

6. Commissioned Art (Deposits & Delivery)

• Inquiry & Quote: Timelines, size, medium, and shipping options will be confirmed in your written quote.
• Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start custom work. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery or pickup.
• Sketch/Concept Approval: A preliminary concept or sketch is shared for approval. One to two (1–2) revisions are typically included at this stage.
• Timeline: Typical completion is 3–4 weeks (varies by size/medium and queue).
• Framing: Available upon request and may affect price and shipping size/cost.
• Shipping: Tracked worldwide shipping or local pickup when available. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier (unless prohibited by local law).
• Cancellations: After work begins, deposits may be forfeited due to time and materials committed.

7. Billing & Account Information

We may refuse any order and limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order (including orders placed under the same account, credit card, or billing/shipping address). If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at the time of order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, and to promptly update your account details (email, payment information, addresses) so we can complete your transactions.

8. Optional Third-Party Tools

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or endorsements. Any use is at your own risk, and you should review and agree to the applicable third-party terms.

9. Third-Party Links

Third-party links may direct you to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and will not have any liability for third-party materials or websites. Review third-party policies before engaging in transactions.

10. User Comments & Submissions

Any ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials you send us (collectively, “Comments”) may be edited, copied, published, distributed, translated, and otherwise used by us at any time, without obligation to maintain confidentiality, compensate you, or respond. You are responsible for your Comments and warrant they do not violate any third-party rights or contain unlawful, offensive, or malicious content.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision will nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion will be deemed severed from these Terms. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use the Service. If in our sole judgment you fail to comply with any provision, we may terminate your access at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
